One size fits most. BandIT XM features a unique, non-constrictive design consisting of two soft-plastic plates curved to the shape of the forearm. Magnetic therapy has been around for a while. I got this forearm band to help my Ulnar Tunnel Syndrome and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Who has any of them, he/she knows what nights look like. But since I started wearing it, it became to gradually reduce pain. Be patient since it won't start working right away. Overall, a great product at a great price.
